GROWING UP I WAS NOT INTO FITNESS. I DIDN'T PLAY SPORTS OR ENJOY ANY TYPE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
IT WASN'T UNTIL I REACHED 19 YEARS OF AGE THAT I TURNED TO FITNESS, MAINLY OUT OF DESPERATION AFTER ENCOUNTERING MYSELF AT MY HIGHEST WEIGHT; 180 POUNDS. BEING OVERWEIGHT TOOK A LARGE TOLL ON MY SELF CONFIDENCE AS I STRUGGLED WITH A BINGE EATING DISORDER THAT BEGAN TO CONSUME ME FROM THE INSIDE OUT. 
 
AFTER MANY MONTHS OF DENIAL, HIDING MYSELF FROM THE PUBLIC EYE OR STARTING A NEW "DIET" ON MONDAY MORNING TO ONLY BREAK IT BY NOON I DECIDED I DIDN'T ONLY WANT CHANGE, I NEEDED IT. I BEGAN TO EDUCATE MYSELF ABOUT NUTRITION AND EXERCISE AND WOKE MYSELF UP FROM THAT DARK ABISS OF SELF DOUBT AND BEGAN TO EXERCISE. 
 
I WAS NOT TO BEST OR MOST GIFTED BUT I HAD A STRONG WILL. WITH TRIAL AND ERROR AND A LOT OF HARD WORK I MANAGED TO NATURALLY SHED 42 POUNDS IN A SPAN OF SIX MONTHS AND CHANGED MY LIFE AROUND. I GAINED CONTROL OF MY EATING HABITS AND CONQUERED MY BINGE EATING DISORDER. AS I SHARED MY JOURNEY WITH SELF LOVE, FITNESS, BINGE EATING AND ANXIETY/DEPRESSION I GAINED A LARGE FOLLOWING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THE CONSTANT LOVE AND SUPPORT I RECEIVED INSPIRED ME TO SHARE WHAT I HAVE LEARNED WITH OTHER WOMEN LOOKING TO TRANSFORM NOT JUST THEIR BODIES, BUT THEIR LIVES AND HOW THEY LOOK AT FOOD AND EXERCISE.
 
I WILL NEVER STOP THANKING OF ALL YOUR SUPPORT!
